I received a response from the president of the National Association due to the fact that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau pertaining to a swab that I took and I'd ever received a copy of my drug screen taken. The president of the company took upon himself to call me a bully to call and try to give me advice and which I find that very disrespectful for a person of a high-caliber like that to do so in other words he was pretty much trying to pick a fight with me. Enclosed is the message that I received from him Resolution Sought I am requesting to be contacted by the president of the company because he is not customer Savvy when it comes to dealing with people.

I have already messaged Thomas over a dozen times. He wants a copy of his employers results but isn’t willing to follow the proper steps to get them. He is not the client in this case. If he wants a copy of the results he can follow the instructions provided to him on at least 7 occasions. He has put in this same complaint with the BBB, Attorney general, and other entities who have found there is no merit to his complaint. I will be happy to provide you with their notice to him saying as much. If you need anything further let me know. As for me calling him a bully, that is 100 true. I said he was trying to bully his way into getting what he wanted without having to follow the steps provided to him. Which is evident in the amount of people he has contacted including this complaint and he has not yet followed the steps provided. There is no other reason he would file all of these complaints instead of just following three simple steps to get what he wants.

We have provided you with the policy and procedures numerous times. Hence why you can specify that the policy is to send a self-addressed envelope without me mentioning it in my first response. Unfortunately, you thinking something is a waste of time isn't a valid reason to break our policy and procedures as you have wasted more time arguing about the policy than it would take you to follow the steps. As a company that has been providing this service to over 43,000 companies for more than 40 years, there is a reason that policy is in place. If you would like a copy of your result, simply follow the steps and we will be happy to provide it to you. Keep in mind you are not our client, nor the end-user of our service so we don't owe you a result.
