In 8-2013 I paid $2,500 and hired Sean Nattagh of Nattagh & Associates to reopen a recently closed bankruptcy for me and to prepare an appellate brief on a wrongful eviction on an uninhabitable city red tagged house that I rented. Sean agreed to do all the work and even showed me papers that indicated that he was in the process of doing the work. When the deadline neared to file the papers Sean told me that he did the work and would file the papers on time. The deadline came and went. Sean did nothing. I lost my home, cars and everything inside the home I owned because Sean did not file my bankruptcy in time for me to keep what I owned. Sean also caused me to have a permanent record of an eviction on my record and I am having a very difficult time renting another home. AS of October 2013 I have nothing to show for all the hard work I paid into paying for my cars, home contents and home. Sean is still ripping off people with his bankruptcy, real estate services and process service work that he never provides and is committing a bunch of felonies because he has no license to practice law to do the work that he advertises and takes money for. Despite many other people complaining about the same issues against Sean he still is able to get away with ripping people off of their hard earned money.
