I had my sidewalks and steps done by Nature Stone. When I met with a representative to choose the color I wanted I was very specific as to wanting black stone. The stone was called midnight. I took a picture of the sample to make sure I got what I chose. When they came to install the stone I was in and out all day. Once the job was complete the very first question I asked was what color is this stone. He replied it was the darkest they had. When I compared the picture of the stone I chose and what I got there is a MAJOR difference. I immediately called the company explained what happened and sent the picture which she stated there was most definitely a mistake made. I suggested a refund when she explained the amount of work needed to be done to remove the stone and install the correct color I chose and paid for. We have called 8 times with absolutely no response whatsoever. I was willing to make their mistake acceptable with a refund. I am so very unhappy and disgusted with what I got. This is not a very professional company at all. Resolution Sought Give me a refund and lets part ways. I do not want to go through days with 2 crews here stripping the sidewalks and breaking the stone and putting new sidewalks and steps in with the correct color. I am over this company give me a refund and go away.

Company states; I am in-house legal counsel for Ohio Concrete Resurfacing, Inc., the company that installed Mr. Baker's NATURE STONE® floor. We are scheduled to inspect Mr. Baker's floor on September 1, 2023. After that inspection, we will be in a better position to respond to his complaint.
