Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. This is a small business POS co. They recently split into 2 co. Aloha and Viyok. Fri night jan 12, 2024 they processed several credit card transactions for me. This was after an update to the system. However, the POS failed several times throughout the night. $2402.99 was not sent to my bank. It is still sitting in offline pending credit transactions. They have told me after repeated phone calls not to worry, they are investigating it. It has been a week. I am a small business. I need that money to pay bills and make payroll. They refuse to pay me. UPDATE: The POS from NCR took an additional $639.50 and transferred it to offline pending credit. Which i did not get. The amount this co. Now owes me is $3460.41 They haven't fixed the problem. And i don't have any other way to process credit cards. I am in the process of getting a new POS but that may take up to 4 weeks. Something must be done My customer Number is :A00032626 The Help ticket which i started is 01 24 94 93 Resolution Sought Pay me my money in a timely fashion
