No response to my numerous phone calls and emails requesting a free return shipping for 2 items I received April 20. An automated email was sent to me April 21 that said, "a prepaid shipping label will be generated for a full refund. " I have received nothing. Many other customers have had the same problem. Resolution Sought Provide return labels and refund me $120.

Per consumer: I have settled this complaint directly with Nearly Natural. The company sent me return mailing labels for the product I was returning and when received, NN fully refunded what I paid for the items.
