Ordered a high school transcript from then. I placed the order and didn't get a confirmation number. I reached out to them to see why they took my from bank account the 16.99 but didn't send a confirmation number. They said they never received my order. I asked for a refund and they weren't trying to do that apparently. I have screen shots of the conversation and also the money that was took from my account Resolution Sought Return my money
