The owner of the property I live in hire this management company. They are unbelievably horrible in every way possible. They refuse to adhere to the lease agreement. They really act as if the landlord and tenant laws, record keeping and maintenance requests do not apply to them. They are very rude, very unprofessional, very irritated when answering any questions. Several tenants reviews are the same concerning this company. I fell on the property after almost begging through emails,, texts and phone calls for the snow and ice to be removed as indicated in my lease. An entire paragraph was whiteout from their copy of the lease all to avoid responsibility, they tried charging me utilities when dictated in the lease, I'm not responsible to pay any. They refused to remove the air conditioner unit that is the property of the property owner and installed by the property owners maintenance. In the lease it states a/c units can only be put in and taken out professionally. They gave the housing authority such a unreasonable hassle that, my coordinator refuse to deal with them in any capacity. Then after a tussle with the utility issue, and after coming to an agreement, they refused to remove the charges from my account after several requests to do so. I have submitted my notice to vacate, sent to 3 different ppl at the company and they have not yet acknowledged it and they never came to clear the walkways or parking lot of the snow and ice. Resolution Sought Give me in a timely fashion according to the law, my security deposit. They are going through the motions of business but not actually providing a service.

In response to Natalies complaint. We have sold this property so we are no longer dealing with this property. First regarding the lease- The lease we received from the previous owner. The lease we received did not state we were responsible for any salt/snow etc. I sent Natalie a copy of the lease we received, and she replied with her original copy that had red ink on it stating all other apartments were responsible for snow ice/ besides her. At that point, I acknowledged it and sent our maintenance guy out. He took care of it immediately. Following him going out, I called Natalie to confirm. She denied he was ever there. Mind you we use a website called T-Sheets for our maintenance team to track where they go, for payroll. So I did know he was there long before I called to verify. We could not control the owner who sent us a lease that did not show due to the red ink she used stating everyone but Natalie was responsible for snow/ice. The air conditioner- The contract states that " Tenant has to have the air conditioner removed by a contractor" This does not specify that our maintenance team is to go take care of it. As far as the notice to vacate, I did personally respond to this and sent it to the new owners as well. I do have everything documented if you need to see anything to verify. Natalie from the moment we purchased the property was very demanding and wanted her needs met as soon as she called. She was rude to all of our staff members, calling us all incompintent. (She didn't use that choice of words but similar)

They failed to mention how they also debated the utilities on the lease. They failed to remove charges from my online account after months of calling, emailing and texting back and forth. I had to leave a website response to get a manager to assist and it still wasn't removed. It snowed on a Sunday I called about the removal on a Tuesday. Immediately, they denied being responsible for removal. They responded that they seen the lease and they are still not responsible. I asked if they had the original. They said they only had a bad copy. I sent them my lease and never heard back from them. How are you going to debate when you don't have a clear copy of the facts? Friday the new mgmt company knocked on my door announcing themselves. Monday Neidlinger called asking me if the maintenance came out, the snow and ice still on the ground, told them no. Franklin Housing Authority refused to talk to most staff do to rudeness & their refusal to adhere to the lease. They even gave the owner a hard way to go that's why she hired another company. But their acting like they sold something. Maintenance calls which I had 3 was never answered. They are lying, trying to get out of being responsible.

We have all documentation of every phone conversation,email etc. We recently sold the property to SPG properties. I can forward all time cards, completed work orders etc. We did everything we were supposed to do regarding this tenant. Sincerely, Neidlinger Management LLC
