This company tried this with me again a few months back they took money out of my account which I did not sign up for automatic payments or anything of the such so I had to make a dispute about but they took from me a few months ago and I wasn't unable to dispute it because somehow in there documents it was legally binding so I cancelled my subscription with the company and now they are back taking more money from me Resolution Sought I would like this business to pay me back what they owe me and to leave me alone this is causing me problems in my personal life because they're taking money that I did not authorize for them to take

The complainant signed a contract to receive solar credits at a discount due to his status as Low or Moderate Income and he provided documentation himself to verify that status. He then received solar credits in October for $24.56 and was billed $19.65 for them (20% discount) and November for $$23.94 and was billed $19.15 (again, 20%). Please find attached his signed contract, the documentation that he uploaded to document his LMI status and the invoices for which he was charged. It is akin to eating a meal at a restaurant and then refusing to pay the bill after the food was consumed. Those credits are not returnable and he received the benefit of them. In addition, though his complaint states that he got no response, I called his number on January 3rd and left an explanation as well as my phone number to call me back and he did not.
