I have been trying to get a hold of corporate about a water machine that was completely lost in a house fire where I lost everything and have been displaced. I have called the company for someone to first stop charging me a monthly fee and second to send me a final bill for all never accomplished no help has been given to myself who is trying to resolve an issue even at one point instead of a corporate number I got a rude rep telling me nothing will be done. The company has not tried to work with me or direct me to the correct people to talk to. Resolution Sought I would like the company to stop harassing and calling me stop trying to debit my bank account which charges and also just for them to do their job and help a long time customer who paid her bill on time always and with this unfortunate situation work with me to resolve issue.

I canceled and returned the equipment immediately back in November 2020. I even helped them load the water dispenser onto the truck. They have been charging my account since Nov 2020. I've called several times and I'm just being said that the equipment was never returned. I have witness about the equipment being returned. At this point this is a scam for me. Resolution Sought Return my money.

I am reaching out on behalf of ReadyRefresh regarding a recent inquiry from BCA. We have researched the account and processed an adjustment for the rental equipment(12/2020-present $135.94) and removed the equipment to avoid any further charges, the account is closed.
