I am very disappointed in Netflix they have been charging me an additional $8 a month for 14 months in August of 2022 they changed there payment plans and sent out an email I did my due diligence and I made sure to call after receiving the email of this change and they put me on the plan for 13.99= 16.12 a month however today as I'm checking my bank statements I realize that I have been paying $24 a month I call into Netflix and they inform me that this was changed in 2023 of January automatically I'm not sure why this was done automatically if in August of 2022 I called in and spoke to a rep and made sure to put my account understand since I do not have more than two people in my household therefore Netflix has been stealing from me for the past 14 months and I would like a refund since Arielle the account manager from the Philippines he cannot do it I decided to go to the better Business bureau to notify them of the things that are happening even when people are contacting Netflix on a recorded line and doing their due diligence Resolution Sought I would like to see a refund for the difference in the last 14 months from a standard account to a premium account which I believe should be about $100 you guys can check what your it and see that I clearly always only had two devices on at a time thinking that this was the plan that I paid for if I would have known I was being charged for a premium account I would have done premium things like have four different devices on at the same time which I did not because I am a household of two!!!
