I have a paid Netflix subscription and there is apparent external cyber intrusion & breach on my acct.. At present, I have not been able to log into my account. It seems in my password time was used even after reset I have the same issue of not being able to login ,, The Netflix number and it's either busy or or has an off message saying it can't connect. In the meantime, I have not been able to sign into the account that I'm paying a subscription for. The cyber intrusion is evident. Also being reported to Netflix is my account has never worked properly is been limited on the movie selections and I believe beyond what is normal . I wo Resolution Sought uld like for Netflix to recognize this immediately and make corrections..need immediate assistance .

I have been double charged for Netflix since 6/22.. When I called I did t know the second email address but was told it's my card and my name. But since I didn't know the email address they couldn't give me info. I tried calling my bank but they didn't have the info. The payments were presented to bank either by Netflix.com or 8007909130, or8665797122 or 8445052993. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for second account. I would t set up 2 accounts.
