I have been double charged for Netflix since 6/22.. When I called I did t know the second email address but was told it's my card and my name. But since I didn't know the email address they couldn't give me info. I tried calling my bank but they didn't have the info. The payments were presented to bank either by Netflix.com or 8007909130, or8665797122 or 8445052993. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for second account. I would t set up 2 accounts.

I have been a long time user of Netflix but I can't help but notice how they keep advertising a shows release date only for it to not air. This is the third time I have seen them promoting a show saying "coming soon" only for it to still not be aired for 2 years now. There's another example of a show that was promoted to air January 20th and now that's it's January 20 it's says coming Thursday. Bottom line they need to stop misleading people. I had things planned around this only for it to be not applicable after saying it would for more than a month. This is the real world and I'm sure things happen where 1 delay wouldn't be a concern but u notice them doing this on several shows and movies. If it's not gonna air then don't pretend that it will. Resolution Sought I would like this business to stop misleading its consumers and to compensate me deceiving me and wasting my time.
