I purchased a Nighthawk Mesh WiFi 6 system at Costco. When the product was registered at Netgear through their app registration, they provided all the Warranty information after registration. (I have supporting docs to uploaded of the given registration warranties).. I tried to claim a replacement of the purchased system but was told I needed proof of purchase. Unfortunately I cannot provide one. My point of contention 1, the very reason they ask for registration is so that can provide the warranty start and end date. 2. They say that my product is still with in the warranty date but they won't honor their warranty without an invoice. No where on the outside of their box does it say you need to provide an invoice for "them" to cover a manufactures defect. Prior to me finding out that they were going to send me a replacement until they found out that I couldn't provide a receipt. I spoke with there Customer Care team and that were adamant that they were not going to honor there Manufacturer's defect warranty. Resolution Sought Provide the replacement for the defective product that their Tech support was defective.

They are charging 139.00 to restart my internet box and I declined it because my friend came over and restarted my internet box with no fee this company is a scam they just took a $139.00 out of my checking account. I tried calling the number they give you two options and says someone will be with you and then it goes back to repeating pick option it just keeps repeating this no one ever answers to help you the number I called is the number on the transaction 408-890-3088 Resolution Sought Refund the money that they took from my account. They need to shut this down these are foreign people that you can barely understand .
