We have reviewed the customer's complaint regarding her account and the issue with the name change request, and as of 05/06/2025 the issue has been resolved. In reviewing the account, the document review team received and accepted all the document submissions on 05/06/2025, and updated the account to show the new name the customer had requested. The name on the account has been changed successfully, and a new permanent card was ordered with the new name for the account. Netspend had disconnected all forms of contact . The customer service number on google is out of service and the international also does not work. This corporation is stealing peoples hard earned money and making recovery extremely difficult. Resolution Sought We the people need these businesses held accountable. Updated numbers of contact and access to funds that were lost due to negligence.

We have reviewed the customer’s complaint concerning the customer service numbers not being able to be dialed or being shown as disconnected. In response to this complaint, the business attempted to contact the customer on March 14th, 2025, but we were unable to reach the customer by phone, and email correspondence was sent. The company would like to help resolve this issue for the customer, but we need to receive more information from the customer. We respectfully request that they respond to the email that we have sent once the requested information is available. Thank you.
