But the last 4 months 0 from September to October this corporation have allowed other corporations to just remove funds from my account then I thought I reported nothing is ever being done then when I call back Time and Time each month I've called over 2 to 3 times I'm getting the runaround and the steady telling me I'm making these transactions when I'm catching them and telling them that it's not I even got screenshots and I got the entire history of my account as well as these corporations never been used by me Resolution Sought Got my phones be returned to my account as well with interest and the people that have committed this brought be prosecuted

We have reviewed the customer's complaint regarding her account and the issue with the name change request, and as of 05/06/2025 the issue has been resolved. In reviewing the account, the document review team received and accepted all the document submissions on 05/06/2025, and updated the account to show the new name the customer had requested. The name on the account has been changed successfully, and a new permanent card was ordered with the new name for the account.
