I had unauthorized charges on my account. I filed an dispute. They took everything in my account. It totaled 565.00 dollars. It took weeks to get my money back. I'm still getting the run around. They still owe me 60 dollars of that money. If you give some money give it all. They will cause people to lose everything. I want all my money. This company is fraud with terrible customer service. They need to be shut down. Resolution Sought I want my money now. You give all my money at one time. I almost lost everything. Thanks.

My Government Benefits were stolen from my account on or about February 2nd 2024 and in since NetSpend is the affiliated card and Synchrony Bank is also associated with Pathward Bank. Resolution Sought I want them to admit to there mistake in regards to my account and to return all Monies that was taken.
