On December 2nd 2022 I had a contract with Neville and Sons Company to remove my furniture from Pensacola Florida to Monroe Louisiana when my furniture arrived to Monroe Louisiana a month later everything was damaged torn up and items were missing I have tried numerous times to contact them but they are not answering any of my calls I would like my money refunded I sent pictures to their insurance company but their insurance company told me they were no longer representing them after trying to call them they will not answer any of my calls. Resolution Sought I would like a refund and paid for the items that was lost or stolen or replacement value of my furniture.
