Mathew signed me up for a health insurance policy through Healthcare.gov without my knowledge or permission

Fraud. Mathew signed me up for a health insurance policy through Healthcare.gov without my knowledge or permission. Also claimed an Advanced Premium Tax Credit on my policy that I do not qualify for.
