I am writing to file a formal complaint against New Beginnings Computer Training regarding deceptive business practices and breach of contract. As a former student of New Beginnings Computer Training, I entered into a verbal contract with the institution under false pretenses. Despite promises of compensation for services rendered, I was misled and ultimately left without payment for my contributions. Furthermore, the institution falsely claimed to assist students, particularly those using veteran benefits, in gaining employment after completing the program to secure additional funding. However, this claim proved to be unfounded, as no such assistance was provided. Additionally, I witnessed firsthand the prioritization of financial gain over the quality of education provided. The institution falsified their books, recruited students primarily for monetary gain, and failed to deliver the promised training. After enrolling in the program and fulfilling my obligations, I was denied the compensation agreed upon in our verbal contract. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through communication, New Beginnings Computer Training ignored my inquiries and failed to uphold their end of the agreement. I urge the Better Business Bureau to thoroughly investigate these unethical practices and take appropriate action to hold New Beginnings Computer Training accountable for their misconduct. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation. Resolution Sought 1. Fair compensation for my recruitment efforts as agreed upon in the verbal contract. 2. Implementation of proper services for veterans, ensuring they receive the support and assistance they are entitled to, rather than being exploited for financial gain.
