I rent a 1 bedroom through New bridge property management my rent is $1620 plus an additional fee for a residential benefits package of $70 a month they charge $125 for a late fee after the 3rd of the month rent is late I live paycheck to paycheck I need both checks just to pay the rent and I'm on the housing choice voucher they pay 366.00 I have contacted the property management company many times because I don't get paid on the first of the month I get paid every 2 weeks never does it come on the first I can't get anyone to work with Me. The property owner says my kids break stuff that's over 30 yrs old cause nothing is updated its all very old . Then the neighbor is a creep I have had to call the police because he keeps coming into my gate without permission. He lies to utility workers to gain access to other neighbors yards. Resolution Sought My $4,000 deposit back they got out of my for 1st and last months rent plus the security deposit and the over charge fees of $70 for the past three yrs.
