New city funding keeps contacting me about my car payment. I have been laid off and am waiting unemployment. I have made tons of payments the past few months. Way over my payment amount. I'm still receiving calls and emails, texts saying I am over 800 past due as I am not and have receipts to prove. Plus my credit report proves I'm only 60 days past due and my payments are only 258 a month and they keep making me pay almost 600 a month with threats my car will be repossessed Resolution Sought I would like for them to stop harassing me with false amounts. I should not be being told my payment is due early I would like the amount fixed that is left I have all receipts

On May 14, 2019, Ms. Come signed a Retail Installment contract for a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu. The term of the loan was for 36 monthly payments of $258.17 due on the 13th of each month. The monthly payment amount, number of payments, and interest are calculated based on the payment being made in full on the due date each month. When payments are not made in full on the due date of each month, it affects how payments are applied to the account (principal and interest). In her complaint, Ms. Come states she has been making payments and is still being contacting regarding her account. However, Ms. Come failed to mention that since July 2019 she was having issues making her monthly payments. Ms. Come also states she is not over $800 past due which is false. When Ms. Come submitted her complaint to Business Consumer Alliance on December 14, 2020, her account was actually past due in the amount of $1,005.61. Ms. Come was not being harassed but contacted regarding this past due amount. The account was arrears and the loan was not secured. Attached is a copy of her payment history.
