Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Consumer alleges your company frauded her into getting a loan for $25000 loan for a $10,000. Consumer hired your company on 10/23/2025 for a landscaping project. She was quoted $10,000 for the job but was persuaded to sign a loan for $25000 and get a rebate for $15000 and she would have the extra $5000 for herself. Consumer agreed based on the rebate she was promised. Now that the loan went through, your company has stopped communicating with her. No documents were ever provided. The document she has was hand written with $10,000 for gravel and then it has the amount of $15000 which she wrote on there, rebate and had the sales person sign that part, which he did. Now your company does not want to honor that and take responsibility for the fraud your sales person did. Cosnumer has filed a dispute with the loan company as well. Consumer wants your company to give back the money to the loan company, she wants to only be responsible for $10,000.00. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to give back the money to the loan company, she wants to only be responsible for $10,000.00.
