When purchasing an insulin pump I had asked if I could get an exact price before hand to know if I could afford this piece of equipment or not. They responded with a yes then a few days later gave me the exact price of $1015 dollars to pay up front. A month or so after I was billed another $570. When I call to question I either get no answer or I'm told I will be given a call back or transfer, when they never actually follow up. Resolution Sought I would like the business to admit there mistake and take the bill off my account.

I have contacted this company many times via phone call. I have occasionally been able to reach a representaitive and have been told that they where going to open up a case regarding my complaint, never have any representative actually followed through with this. I have also been hung up on multiple occasions. Id prefer dealing with this situation over the phone in order for both myself and the company have a mutual understanding of what is happening.
