My septic tank was full and backing up into my house. I reached out to New Era plumbing. Walt & Dylan from New Era came out, advise that I had 3 options. 1st option was for $459 that was to empty the tank only, but would only get me through for a couple of weeks. 2nd option was $1349 which was too empty the tank, as well as flush the lines, which I was told would take me six months to a year. 3rd option was $8500 for a complete overhaul of the tank. I elected the second option, wrote them the check in the amount of the $1349. My tank was full and backing up two weeks later, immediately contacted New era plumbing, an appointment was made for them to come back out on 2/24 which they never came. I followed up the following Monday, called back inquiring about why no one ever showed up. Was told by Suzanne that she didn't know why the appointment was canceled. Then requested to receive a call from then manager, and was advised by Suzanne that I would receive a call the following morning. The manager never called, I called back the next day inquired about why the manager did not call was told by Suzanne that the manager was in the field all day, but that she would have him call me. That call has yet to come. I have called back several times requesting to speak with either a manager or the owner and no one as called. If they are on the up and up why is a manager not calling to discuss this matter with me? I'm not sure they even emptied my tank! Resolution Sought Refund my entire amount paid!
