Hired to install solar panels and was told it would take 2 weeks. It's going on 3 months. All that is needed is to have plackers made and an inspection. This has been 3 weeks. I leave messages with return info. I need this completed for a COA on an ADU. Resolution Sought I would like the job completed. I need the COA.
