Blocking the streets

The business has a parking lot and keep there work vans parked on the street , the main complaint is that they do move the vans when they have deliveries (everyday) they have the delivery truck block the street well they unload and causing traffic for several blocks of cars beeping horns and people arguing. I am worried for my 2 small children in the house. I would like them to have there deliveries pull into there lot or they can move there company vans off the street so they can unload there deliveries instead of blocking the street which is a main traffic street
