They need to be and held accountable for their actions involving scam and fraud

New horizons are all in it for the money. They are committing fraud their also encouraging clients to continue to use and do drugs. They only have a few sober living houses open currently a men and women's house and all in the men's house there are at least 15 guys in one house. There's only supposed to be no more than 8 people in one house. There are also guys sleeping in the attic of a 4 bedroom house I overheard several staff talking about ways to get more money from the government involving their business which ultimately gave them the idea of starting more programs for the clients. All of this just so that the staff could gain more money because the program is government funded.
