In the Spring of 2021 they came out to open and properly adjust my lawn sprinkler system. The technician was not qualified to work with my water regulator. As a result water kept poring out of the regulator so the system had to be shut down for over three weeks until they sent another so called technician out who made it worse and told me to get a plumbing service to look at the issue. Because of these people didn't know what they were doing I had I had to purchase a new regulator, to replace the old one they damaged at a cost of $605,10 Then on the top of it, the sprinkler company billed me twice $314.54 for the original service. When I disputed the second bill, they dropped the second charge to $165.26 and offered me a free winterization. Because I have already paid in full for the first bill of $314.54 I do not owe these morons anything. Yet they are keep harassing me to pay again which I will not do. If anything, they should reimburse me for the $605.10 which is the cost of the replacement regulator. They are an unprofessional and unscrupulous company. Resolution Sought Stop this company harassing me and billing me again for something I have already paid for. They should not be allowed to operate in NJ
