Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. We pay HOA dues and have a portal and phone number to submit work orders and nothing is being answered . The HOA has gone up with in last two years from $300 to $340 . Yet paying over 10 yrs the main gates have never been replaced or repaired it lets in so many's gangsters , crime , vandalism. There is no sense of security. We asked for new paint on our condos and nothing since they said they need to repair pipes . I submitted two work orders last month and no response . The roots from the outside trees clogged our condos . We had to pay out of our own money and have proof of video from plumber . The HOA is supposed to cover that . We have many complaints from other tenants about lack of response from anyone at this HOA yet we have to pay our dues .?? Prior management company left us hanging too and emptied the pool which is trash now and still no main gate repair . They are making money off us .. Resolution Sought Pay the plumbers bills, get main gate repaired or replaced, answer our work orders . Or just not have HOA if they can not handle it.
