My 84 year old aunt hired Greg, the owner of New Mexico Door and Hardware LLC to do her house windows. On July 7, 2023 He asked if she could pay the 3,080.56 that was quoted to her in full so that he can order the windows. He did come a couple times to measure the windows and then to date, she still has not received her windows. I've contacted him via text several times asking him several times when are these windows going to be installed? He gave me one excuse after another, which I have copies of all my text with him. On October 3, 2024 I did ask him to please refund my 84 year old Aunt back the full amount she paid him of 3,080.56 as she was tired of waiting and wants to go with another company but cannot do this until she receives her money back from him. I then have asked him to please refund her full amount of 3,080.56 back to her. I have asked this for her several times from him. To date we have not heard nothing and she wants to go with another company so she can do her windows, but cannot do it without her getting her full amount of 3.080.56 back. How sad that this man took such advantage of an elderly lady, and her thinking he would be very honest and come through with what he said he would do. Resolution Sought Refund of $3,080.56
