When I got this loan, I was told, it was going to be cheaper when I pay it off in full. I open the loan in 12/26/2020 and paying on it since then. I made 12 payments, and went over there to pay it off on Friday. In the morning I called and this lady Marlene told me it was $946, I asked her why is it $946? Marlene told me, that is your balance. I told her, I thought it was cheaper when you pay it off. when I got there another lady help me and told me it was more and the interest boosted up to $987.38. I told her, I thought it was cheaper if it was paid in full. I did not get this lady's name, and the manager was there and really did not want to say anything. I have been doing business with them for 3 years or more, and never had to pay more or the same amount when I am paying off soon. There was another couple there borrowing, and Marlene told them that it is less if they pay it off early, and I basiclly told them that is not true. What can I do, and who can I work with on this issue, I am off for the summer and do not get paid. Resolution Sought They need to be honest about their business, and yes need a refund.
