They are disrespectful with there customers. They don't want to sell you the car you want.

They are disrespectful with there customers. They don't want to sell you the car you want. They steer you to cars they want you to buy. They are very condescending. As a disabled vet I expect to be treated better. I have all there conversations recorded. Jay is the biggest jerk. They need to learn about customer service.and how to treat people better. If you can't do anything tell who I can go to work

I feel they sold me a lemon because I should not have had such major problems with the vehicle in that short of time period.

I bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan in February 2019 from millennium auto. They told me it was a great vehicle It was very reliable and I wouldn't have any problems with the vehicle anytime soon. After having the vehicle for only six months I started to have problems with it. I took into the shop and was told there were 5 or 6 different major problems within the engine. I contacted the shop where I purchased the vehicle from to let them know I was going to have to leave the vehicle for a week the repair shop didn't offer a loaner vehicle for my use to get to work new millennium wouldn't offer me a loaner either to get to and from work. I lost time they told me there was nothing they could do for me because I had the vehicle for six months. I feel they sold me a lemon because I should not have had such major problems with the vehicle in that short of time period. I feel they should reimburse me for my loss of work and because I also had a deductible that I had to pay for as well that I was not told about.
