Horrible experience at the nail salon. Show on TV gave my daughter nightmares and was completely disgusted bloody murder animee show. Expensive pedicure and it barely had any of the good components plus 3 days later multiple toes had polish coming off completely as if never painted in first place. Resolution Sought Refund my money for the horrible service that I had to pay and go have fixed somewhere else.

Company states; I have told the customer we dont do redund and I can fix her 1 toe nail polish. A pedicure consist of multiple steps. Not just 1 toe polish coming off. So, I told her we don't do refund, but we are willing to fix it. Which, I actually did for her. I toke off all her toes and fix it. And she trying to scam my busniess. Pls give me a call if you need more information.

I absolutely am not trying to scam the business. Check the yelp reviews they are all horrible too. If it was one toe polish that came off then I would have let it go. The entire "multiple step process" was poor service. A refund should have happened.

It's a full service people make complaint. Never ever heard of a refund. Like I said it was a toe polish came off and I have fix all new toes polish for free for you. That's all we can do as a nail technician. I never heard of a refund for any nail salon
