Today, 1/19/22 at 2:45 I arrived at New Star ordered two lunch orders to go. I waited so long by then it's 3:07 pm went up to counter to ask about my order was told by lady and disrespectful man that my order was being worked on yet the man went in back and brought my order right out to me. I received a to go order of cool to cold food; the man family member remained argumentative and disrespectful towards this 70 yrs old senior citizen; the man told me to take my food and go when he said I was being given new fresh hot food but it ended up being warmed over food. I told the man that it was not my fault that the order was brought out to me cold to which the man replied it's not my fault either! Neither of the 3 family staff members apologized while the women remained silent but listening and looking on the man's attitude remained insolent and grossly disparaging. The fact that I sat so long in the lobby waiting for my food, then to have it given to me cold, then to have the family member tell me it was not his fault when he and the two women are working there and obviously did not go back to check on my order or to bring it out to me when it was prepared and ready to go. Again the most disconcerting behavior to this senior citizen is the man's total disregard, lack of accountability and lack of responsibility since I don't work there and cannot go in the back to get my own to go order yet it's no one's fault that I'm receiving cold food! When the man brought the order back Resolution Sought I would like to personally speak with the original owners or the manager on duty at the restaurant on the shift when I am there for take out orders. There seems to be no-one that is accountable for the rude behaviors of the front desk family members/staff and that/those family staff members' behavior is atrocious.
