On 7/13/2025, I hired New Start Relocation to handle my move based on a signed contract stating they would disassemble and reassemble my furniture and safely transport my belongings. Unfortunately, the company severely breached the terms of this agreement and behaved in an unprofessional and hostile manner. Upon delivery, the movers: • Failed to reassemble my bed, despite this being clearly outlined in our contract. • Left several of my belongings behind in the apartment, causing me additional inconvenience and stress. • Damaged and lost multiple valuables, including vinyl records, jewelry, and clothing, which I discovered either broken or missing after the move. • When I raised concerns about these issues, instead of offering a solution, the movers cussed me out and spoke to me in an aggressive, disrespectful manner, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This experience was not only a breach of contract but also a violation of basic customer service standards. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with New Start Relocation and requested a partial refund of $1,000 to account for the incomplete service, loss, and damage of my personal property, and the emotional distress caused by their unprofessional behavior. As of this submission, they have refused to offer any resolution. I am seeking: • A formal acknowledgment of the breach and misconduct • A refund of $1,000 for incomplete services, damages, and lost goods • Resolution Sought I would like a partial refund of $1300 I think that's generous considering the fact that I paid $2500

No one is answering phone calls or emails in regards to a serious over payment. Estimate was provided at 3700$ and change and we were told we needed more and more space but we didn't take enough items to equate to that cost. Then the relocation company took a deposit we made and did not account for it on our balance. We were refused our items until it was paid in full and no one would help during the dispute. Resolution Sought I would like New Start to give me money back for the serious over payment and I would like someone to take responsibility for how many items arrived at my new house very broken.
