A bouquet was order to be delivered to my address for mother's day . I was home the entire day and did not receive the package. I reached out to new york blooms and was told to contact the shipping company and make a complaint to them for which I did. The shipped company by the name of Ontrack. responded stating the package was delivered and too many days have passed. I should reach out to the floral company to to make a complaint. I again contacted new york blooms and have and was told there is nothing they can do and I need to contact the shipping company and make a complaint. I am without package and without money. Please HELP. Thank you. I'm unsure why the responsibility to investigate package undelivered is now my responsibility. Resolution Sought A complaint refund.
