My car was in a t bone accident on 1/12/24. It is now 18 days later and I have had no response from them. The other party was ticketed for failure to yield and they said they are still trying to prove liability. There is no reason why it is taking this long to total my car!!!!!! On top of I keep getting told it has to be moved to claims and they haven't moved it to claims for 2 weeks now. I was told someone was supposed to call me when the adjuster went out and no one called me and I found put someone went and looked at it. I can't get any response from nycm ... It doesn't take a month to total a car out!! They won't provide me with a rental either. Resolution Sought To pay out the $13000 and more for injuries involved. Make this process go faster and right!!
