I applied for the certification program last year. I was attending courses and took a leave of absence due to a violent assault I suffered and loss of employment. When I tried to connect with the school they have ignored my calls and emails trying to restart my courses (which they emphasized during my onboarding that we can pause our courses and start up whenever necessary ). I took out a loan for this certification program and during my time trying to connect I have seen complaint after complaint about the school being fraudulent and stealing students money. Resolution Sought I would just like my loan removed. I was paying out of pocket and do not expect to see that money back. I just want to financial ties to this program any longer.
