Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My mother past in November and had 3 policies. Nyer has been giving us the run around we had the paperwork notarized, 2 nothing then the sent paperwork 3 times without my brothers paperwork. Holding up the process again, I call everyday at this point the phone stays busy now as I'm typing its on they open at 8 am. The phone is not busy they have no walk ins because of the pandemic mine every one else in the area is open I'm tired of dealing with this. I just want them to honor my mother's request its not right to her 10 years at the NY City transit authorities. I myself did 16, I'm so upset about this. Resolution Sought Make this right. look into it.
