Every time I take my car here for something its always something else wrong BUT FIRST I always need a new battery (135 for the battery and 66 for the labor) BEFORE they can diagnose the car. EVERY TIME? The specific problem this time is my engine supposedly seized up and had to get a new one from them. (roughly 1000 labor and 1200 for the engine plus 200 tax and another 100 they put out of place for something in sure they pocketed. That's not the main problem though. Since day one acceleration was impossible while cold. Uphill was a battle and there's a rattling under the car now. So the next problem sounds like transmission. I took it back to ask what was wrong they said nothing, the alternator charges fine the belt is in place but we need a new battery before we can diagnose. Resolution Sought Fix whatever WASN'T wrong when I brought the car. How do you diagnose the car and after it's test driven and returned does it have a whole different SERIOUS problem.

Customer came here towed in by AAA with a 2005 Volvo no start alternator was not changing and battery was dead after repairs customer left driving (did not change battery) about 3 months later customer comeback towed in with locked engine recommended replace engine $3700 customer did not have the funds we found a cheap engine from junkyard just to help customer out and charge only $2465.58 for parts and labor car was released and about a month later customer cameback with battery problem we recommended a new battery customer refused repairs again complaining do not have the funds at this point we can not help any longer

Took my car to them waited all afternoon to get the check engine light to fix but they did a trouble job and when I got the car it shakes worse then I brought it in and the check light is still on. They claim they did a tune up and put in a pcv value, O 2 upstream senor and ign coil and was charged $675.00 . When I got back home I call them and told them I had the same problem they told me let the car cool down . This place need to be checked out they rip customers off and don't want to fix the problem Resolution Sought Fix the problem don't don't do a patch up job so I won't have to come back in two or a week later for the same problem

Customer was here only once with this car 2003 Kia Sedona in very poor conditions and did partially repairs witch was a basic tune up we honor a 12000 miles or 12 months warranty in parts and labor if the customer feels like our repairs are not correct they can always come back to us Mr Pope had more problems with his car that he can not afore to do Mr. Pope never came back to us to finish repairs..
