I purchase a power supply unit online from this company back around August I put in the PSU turned out the computer had a motherboard issue I had to wait until I could get a new motherboard. Once I got the motherboard around December I had a computer store install the motherboard the computer works fine for just around 3 weeks and then it started shutting down it will not boot up. Took back to the computer store turned out the issue was power supply company ends up saying that return policy is 30 days from the day to purchase which sounds like they knew how long the product would actually last. Unable to get a refund was given a $20 gift card instead this company sells faulty merchandise and then they claim oh it's through our marketplace it was a third party seller it's still someone that they allowed to sell on their marketplace. It leaves me terrified to even really buy something else from the company because that'll just be another waste of money. Resolution Sought Also I wouldn't mind a refund but at the same time I just want to report this company for what they did and the fact that they're merchandise that they're selling is not the quality that they're saying it is. I don't want someone else falling for this trap and being out over $100 for something that won't even last 3 weeks

Ordered a gaming desktop from Newegg on 11/22/22 I did not receive the computer until 12/2/22 as soon as I opened it the computer would not start I had to reinstall windows in order for it to work I then found out that the ram card was installed broken and the audio ports were not working on top of that it kept crashing for no reason. I put in for a replacement and shipped it out the next day it took over a week to get back to the factory by that time they stopped selling the computer and I was told they would credit my account but not for the full amount. I still have not received the refund after many times of contacting them with no resolution. Resolution Sought I want my full refund plus $100 for all the inconvenience and not being able to gift the computer for christmas. They ruined it for my son cause I could not purchase a new one until they credited my account.
