I am very upset that my email is not working properly for Propertiesbyjessica.com. I keep getting error messages that my email could not be delivered. This is ridiculous! This is my work email and it needs to work properly. I am losing business because of this issue. I contacted Network solutions all day today. Your representatives were quite rude on the phone. Your customer service department lied and said that this would be resolved with a few hours. Network solutions is soliciting me almost daily to buy more space. It is illegal to try and take advantage of your customers! I have contacted the FCC , BBB, and the Attorney General's office in your state that you have once again blackmailed my email address. I am so disappointed in your service! I continue to receive the following error message: I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below. For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster. If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message. The mail system I am also now having problems sending emails to myself Resolution Sought Network Solutions told me yesterday after speaking with them for hours on the phone. They have not resolved the issue. They told me that this was a possible migration issue. I asked them for a ticket number #i-265-2859. This is not resolved! I have ben a long time customer for them. They are rude and unprofessional. I would like them to resolve this issue immediately! The are constantly asking for more for more space. They should give me a credit of $200 and resolved the issue.

Company states; As we understatnd the Complaint Ms. Lopez alleges that her emails were not working properly. She further alleges that she has attempted to work with NS customer support but has been unable to reach a resolution as it relates to the above matter. We have reviewed the allegations and our research shows the following timeline of applicable events: * 3/22/2022 - Ms. Lopez contacted customer support and advised that she was not receiving emails sent to herself. The customer support agent assisted and advised how to resolve common causes such of the issue, such as the customer accidently blocking themselves or forwarding their emails unkowingly. After trouble shooting the issue further, the customer support agent informed that this may be a global issue related to a recent email migration. The customer support agent performed a server refresh of the mailbox and advised the refresh may take 4 hours to take effect. * 3/23/2022 - Ms. Lopez contact customer support and advised that the issue had still not been resolved. The customer support agent advised the issue may still be associated to an ongoing global issue. Ms. Lopez requested to speak to a manager, however, leadership was not available to take the call. *4/1/2022 - The issue is believed to be resolved by an adjustment made to an incorrect DND record. Customer support attempted to contact Ms. Lopez, however, has been unable to unable to reach the customer to speak directly. Customer Support left a message informing the issue may have been resolved. NS has attempted to contact Ms. Lopez by phone and emails on multiple occasions to confirm the matter has been resolved, but as of the date of this letter we have not received a response from Ms. Lopez.
