On 10/31/23 I went to Newport spa center for a facial ,was a trap to sell me a treatment package for 9 treatments for treat my dark spots and tighten my cheeks they call a non surgical face treatment. In the beginning was ok nothing that they said was done but was ok in the 5 treatment the lady who was doing my "treatment " they do it so hard that my face was so swallow and in very bad pain. She send me a message saying she don't receive a tip from me. I explain to her that my face was bad and with pain she only said oh use aquaphorm and ice but was very bad and I decided to not go there anymore I was back and forward with the "manager" explaining to her the situation and she doesn't care the program they use to make you buy the package of treatments is call cherry and is final sale, is a nightmare. until today I still paying for treatments I don't receive please help me to stop paying for treatments I don't receive, this spa is a scam and liars. I cancel my card but they call me if I don't paid they will charge me more with interest and I'm still paying . I hope you can check my case and help me, thanks Resolution Sought To stop charging me with the payments and return me the money I paid for treatments I don't receive
