In October of 2021. I called Newpro to report windows malfunction. All 9 windows are about 2.5 ft x 6 ft large and heavy. The tracks of the windows needed replacement according to the man who came our in November of 2021. Since then I have called the company and sent emails at least 10 times waiting for the parts to come to complete the job. No one from the company has reached out to me in 5 months this is completely unacceptable. I have had an enormous expense heating my home because windows blow in with the wind. Resolution Sought Fix the dang windows! If not at least let me know how many more months I need to wait for them to meet their obligations of Life time replacement.
