I work a job that is not consistent so since the start of my loan with New Rez, I make payments early. I have never had an issue. They provide a box that allows me to allocate my payment and I allocated my payments to future payment. In November, everything was allocated as I asked and my next payment was due 10/1/2026 due to making and allocating on their form how I wanted my payments made. Suddenly on 12/1/2025 without any notice they took my payments and put them towards principal. I do not want the payments towards principal and did not allocate them that way. I intentionally pay early so I make sure my house payment is always made. I immediately called and was told it would be fixed, it was not, I called back and was told it would be escalated. I called today and was told you can not pay more than three months ahead. That would be find had I been told that and had I not received statements for month and been able to allocate these payments ahead. I am not sure how they can suddenly make a policy change and change my past allocations without notice or warning. I am now scared, Resolution Sought A) Apply it as we both agreed when I made the payment and as shown on the 11/1/2025 statement. B) Refund me the money you misapplied towards principal so I will have it for those payments

Newrez will not grant my mother's mortgage in my name. She passed away in 2020 probate awarded me in 2022 of May. They claim l don't have any credit and l been making payments. Resolution Sought Grant her mortgage to my name or refinance in full value. So l will be credited. I tried the hardship application but they denied it. I'm on disability so l get a direct deposit every month my money is guaranteed to make payments.
