I have been getting the run arounds and can't same to get an answer for when my analysis is done it's causing my anxiety up a lot. They can only tell me that there behind. I just want help I can't afford the payment and it shouldn't be as high. Resolution Sought Help get answers on why they giving run arounds and would like to know my new payment

I received a letter from my mortgage company dated 6/6/24 advising we have met all requirements w our mortgage and our Pmi insurance which is 36.75 a month and within 30 days we would receive a letter w our new mortgage payment which 30 days would be 7/6/24 and on 7/23/24 our mortgage company took the Pmi insurance out once again and I called requesting our 36.75 back and new Rez is refusing to give me the money back . The letter I received from Newrez said within 30 days my account would be updated w the new payment and Newrez is saying 30 business days and the letter does NOT say 30 business days at all I want my 36.75 back as Newrez took it out of my escrow account on7/23/24 which is well past the 30 days Resolution Sought I want my 36.75 Back and Newrez is refusing.
