Horrible company all around

Horrible company. I paid for the appraisal, and my home is worth 1.550 and the came back at 1.5 just low enough where they could have me bring 10k to close. I've never heard of a home that's valued at over a million to appraise at 10 k short of the price. At that amount you better be able to find 10k. Then right before closing they tried adding another close to 10k to close. ???????Looking at the reviews I see why don't do business with the company. I paid for the appraisal knowing they were going to try and come back short. I told my agent that I know what they're going to come back with. They try to be sneaky and that's why the company is getting so many bad reviews.

Worst Customer Service

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Department I need to talk to is Partial Release and will only except communication by email. I have been dealing with this department going on a year. Finally get documents I needed and they were wrong. I have been emailing this department for months with no response at all. I have called customer service for both Newrez and shell point mortgage and was total useless. Basically told to keep emailing them. I would never recommend this company for any loans. I did not pick them may bank sold my mortgage to them.
