New south windows New south windows installed windows, sliding doors and front door made a complaint six times never respond it put me on hold switch me the other people. My front door is all crooked. The hardware is crooked. Also none of the wind is a caulked up with all the screws off very sloppy work and they never respond soon as you call let me transfer you, can you get this company out to fix my problems? They seem not to care all they wanted was your money and then you don't see him no more Resolution Sought My outcome would be for them to send a professional down, replace my front door and the hardware and fix all my windows

Customer was dealt with as soon as Allen and I were brought up to speed on the situation. We received HOA approval for an outswing door - which is what the customer originally discussed and ultimately desired. That door was ordered, and the customer is aware of the anticipated receive date of late August with installation shortly thereafter.
