Bought a washer dryer from the brown street location and the washer is not working properly. There policy states no refund but store credit. Called about washer not working or getting clothes clean and was told to text this number so they could send pics for me to pick a washer. Never sent text. Called the store number back left a message no callback, and still no text. This is bad and unfair business because they offer extended warranty but not getting the proper help. We purchased the washer on 12/30 and it's only 1/4. Resolution Sought Refund my money because now what I can see from the reviews they are fraudulent and only buy junk and resell the items without fixing them properly.
