I order 2 parts for my grill on 5/15/21. There site says because of shipping delays..it could take 2-3 weeks. As of this past Saturday 6/05/21. It has been 3 weeks. I have tried on 2 occasions to contact them via e-mail. I received 1 response back..again explaining the delay. I have searched the internet for a customer service phone number in California. No results. I would like a response from this company or my money back. Very disappointed and upset with this so called safe and reliable company. Thank you! Resolution Sought Ship my parts..or refund my money.
