Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. We had our gutter installed and replaced by Next Day Gutter in September of 2018. August of this year we notice a bracket that holds the gutter in place is unhooked and have called NDG multiple times where they said they'll send someone over and each time NO ONE shows up or called. We are worry there might be other brackets that are unhooked that's out of our view. Resolution Sought Honoring their warranty and have someone show up and fix the problem or give us a refund.
