I have been having problems with this building since I moved in I have file a complaint three times and every time y'all are going to help me and file the complaint the building is sold so I have to start over well I'm starting over we have a new owner has owed it since July and minor things have been done even with rent being paid i can't use my tub they have been told several times my celling in my bathroom has bad water damage nothing has been done but a light being put in and fixing the handle on my toilet but the main thing is my tub and celling nothing has been the owner went up on my rent twice in one year I know that's illegal I know he/she can't do that my rent is supposed to be 550 from July till December which makes no since and now it's 650 which the landlord knows I can't afford he/she said when they started owning the building that 550 would be my rent I said I can't really afford that but I'll try I was paying 425 which I could afford but the safer rent help program paid the rent for me and still nothing has been fixed that really needs to be there is a huge hole in the wall behind my stove that they know about and still have not done anything safer has paid august September and October for me and an application has been sent in for the months of December January and February but it's on a waiting list and now they want to say I'm behind but still don't want to fix anything but want money please I really need help this is the fourth landlord of this building. Resolution Sought To make a report to the city for them to send someone to look at my place a company that my landlord is not going through I want them not to be paid till they fix what needs to be fix, every time I make a report the building is sold, so please, please help me these landlord can't keep getting away with this getting paid and still doing nothing, that's not right and I have pictures, something needs to done about this building and the people that keep buying taking money and not fixing.
