I tried to get gas at the business but there was a problem with the pump and it would not reset. I pushed the help button several times but nobody assisted. I went in and later 100.00 dollars was pre-authorized out of my account. I went back to the store and the clerk assured me it would drop off the account. However,the 100 dollars came out of my checking account like a charge. I did not get any gas at this business!! Resolution Sought I want account re-credited the 100 dollars since I did not make any purchase.
