My husband purchased me this product (dash camera system) last Christmas. We had it installed by Best Buy where we purchased it. After 6 months it stopped working properly. I have been going back and forth for a month with their customer service- making me uninstall and reinstall files to the SD card. It's not fixing the problem. (I have all of the email communications) they just keep making me jump through hoops that aren't resolving the problem and ignoring my request to return the item for repair or exchange. Resolution Sought I would like them to fix my device- or replace it with a working one that is the same make and model.
