I bought Fugita DR 91H - Cream Body massage Chair on December 19, 2020. There is 3 years parts and labor warranty & 5 years parts warranty. I got service 1time for shaking and terrible noise about on July 2021. Since October 2022 , I need to service to maintain the chair. The chair rolling parts are unbalance and not working. I have kept calling the store and service man. I left messages, sent text messages more than 30 times. I can't use the body chair anymore. I still have warranties. I can't reach them and there is no way to contact them. Please take care of it. There phone # 562-331-0924 Resolution Sought I need to exchange or money back . it was a lots of noise since 4months after I purchased and they couldn't fix it .The rollers are unbalanced. I can't use anymore, finally.
